Hotel Epinal - Bitola

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Bitola. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the city. It was easy to find and convenient for exploring all the attractions by foot. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa center. The pool, sauna rooms, and gym were all modern and beautiful. The staff at the spa and gym were helpful and friendly. The restaurant had a good menu and a lovely terrace. this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and the city center. Additionally, the front desk staff and cleaning ladies provided excellent service, and the lobby was comfortable and inviting.

The lack of an elevator between the lobby and the first floor was a major inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Its location is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything. We had easy access to restaurants, bars, and attractions, which made it very convenient for us to explore the city by foot. the room was well-equipped, clean and comfortable, and had free parking. the gym and spa facilities were impressive, modern and well-maintained.

The hotel atmosphere didn't feel very welcoming, and the staff could have been more friendly towards guests.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and loved it! the spa was amazing, especially the Turkish bath, and the gym was huge and well, equipped , perfect for working off all those holiday treats. the location was great , right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants.

The breakfast buffet was a bit crowded and could have used more variety. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily access all the nearby attractions and restaurants. The room wasnice and neat, with a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided had a decent selection of tasty options to start the day off right.

The hotel could use some updating, especially the amenities and furniture. The room we were given was smaller than we expected and felt a bit run down.
